Terms and Conditions
Orders: Can be made by phone, mail, or fax. We have a $200.00 minimum order per customer. Additions will be accepted up to the date of shipment depending on stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel a part of the stock or all thereof should injury befall our stock from hail, fire, frost, error in count, or other causes beyond our control
Delivery/ Pickup: Nursery stock may be picked up at the nursery. Common carrier and trick delivery are also available. All shipments travel at purchasers expense F.O.B. Heron Lake, Minnesota. Boxing and baling charges are extra. When picking up your order, please bring a tarp or suitable coverings to protect your plants. It is the customer’s responsibility to have ample equipment and manpower on hand at the time of the pickup or delivery ensuring expeditious loading and unloading times. Failure to do so can incur additional charges.
Shipping Date: Shipping dates are dependent on weather and harvest conditions. Your order will be shipped in the week of ship date. Items not available at that time will follow as soon as conditions permit at the customer’s expense.
Special Request: Please feel free to call if interested in species or sizes not found on the price list. Seed source information will be furnished upon request.
Cancellations: Cancellations of greater than 50% of an item must be made prior to December 1, 2016. No cancellations will be accepted after February 26, 2017.
Terms: All customers are required to pay a 25% deposit by January 15, 2016. Full payment is required by March 1, 2017. If buyer fails to pay the balance due, interest shall be charged on the balance due @ 1.5% per month from the date of receipt of the merchandise. No orders will be delivered until all pervious seasons accounts are paid in full.
Warranty: Numerous conditions over which we have no control often govern results that customers may have with plants. Because of these conditions of which we can exercise no control, it is impossible to guarantee planting results and continued growth of plants. Under no circumstance shall the seller be liable for a sum which exceeds the total of the order. The seller is not responsible for items not picked up by the pickup date.
